The Challenge
Load details were difficult to track and reconcile across customers and drivers. Manual data entry slowed billing, increased errors, and delayed payments to drivers. The client needed a faster and more reliable way to capture load data and turn it into invoices and pay statements.
The Solution
We built a multi-sheet Excel system with guided entry forms for creating and updating load records. The system generates two automated reports, one for customer billing and one for driver payments. Users can filter and group data by customer, driver, date, or route to match real-world billing needs.
The Result
The client saved hundreds of hours in manual data entry and reduced billing errors. Invoices and driver statements are now produced faster, improving cash flow and strengthening relationships with both customers and drivers.
